We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Principal Email Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
