We are Nexus Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Senior Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools

What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
