We are SigmaLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
