We are JetStreamDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior UI Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
